OYC at Home is a brand new virtual program presented by the Ontario Youth Choir. It is running on Tuesdays from August 10-31. Each session includes a skills workshop on exciting topics such as vocal technique, composing, and conducting. Each session also includes a short rehearsal on a choral piece that will be recorded at home and produced into a virtual choir performance.
For the first time ever, there is no audition requirement. This is the perfect opportunity for singers who have never experienced the Ontario Youth Choir program before to get a taste of what OYC has to offer. Participation in this program would also look fantastic on a future application to an in person Ontario Youth Choir season!
