Gerald Finzi’s radiant and optimistic In Terra Pax and Joseph Haydn’s joyful, energetic St. Nicholas Mass are featured in this concert of little known Christmas Music. Join the choir, orchestra and soloists Lesley Bouza, soprano, Sandra Boyes, mezzo, Stephen McClare, tenor, and Bruce Kelly, baritone, to hear how these two composers, who lived 200 years apart, both contributed to the wonder of the season from their vastly different perspectives. Jurgen Petrenko conducts.
