Achill Celebrates 40!
The Achill Choral Society welcomes you to join us in celebration of our 40th season! This special holiday concert will feature musical treasures from our first performance, plus songs from Rutter’s masterful “Magnificat” , John Williams’ “Home Alone Suite,” Howard Blake’s “The Snowman” , and seasonal favourites. The addition of an audience singalong will be sure to delight.
We will be led by Artistic Director Shawn Grenke, accompanied by our Collaborative Pianist Nancy Dettbarn, and joined by a guest string quintet and Achill alumni members for an afternoon of holiday reminiscence and celebration of 40 wonderful years.
