For two years, during the Covid-19 pandemic shutdown, Canadian singers struggled with ways to connect and make music, leaving us exhausted and in despair. At the same time, composers turned to hopeful texts and created miniature masterpieces, sharing hope and joy through their writing.
Paths to Hope pays tribute to the composers and works that sustained us, the choirs that commissioned them, and the singers that performed them.
