The concert is named after the piece “Northern Lights” by Ola Gjeilo. Set to the Latin Pulchra Es text from Song of Solomon, the music is inspired by the ethereal aurora borealis phenomenon.
The event also features a series of Christmas carols in Russian, Ukrainian and Latin performed SATB a cappella.
Admission is donation-based.
