Toronto Children’s Chorus
Entering its 42nd season, the Toronto Children’s Chorus is recognized as one of the finest treble choirs in the world. TCC is seeking experienced and passionate Early Childhood Music Educators for its KinderNotes
program (ages 3-6). The successful candidate(s) will help children develop vocal and musicianship skills in
a holistic and creative manner. KinderNotes’ classes take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and
Thursdays from 4:30-5:15pm &; 5:30-6:15pm.
Bachelor or Masters level degree (or equivalent);
Qualification in Early Childhood Music Education;
Certification in Orff, Kodaly and/or Dalcroze an asset;
A deep commitment to vocal pedagogy;
Excellent teaching and classroom management skills;
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
A positive and enthusiastic attitude;
A team player interested in contributing to the community and culture of the TCC.
